Salon du Chocolat Dubai returns to Madinat Jumeirah from September 22 to 24, 2026, inviting chocolate, pastry, coffee and gelato lovers to three days of sweet discoveries at Madinat Arena. The fifth edition is expected to welcome more than 7,000 enthusiasts, with over 120 exhibitors and 360 brands spread across 3,500 square metres. Alongside the exhibition, visitors can enjoy live demonstrations, workshops, competitions, expert talks and creative coffee experiences.
A celebration of chocolate and pastry
The event offers a closer look at the skill and creativity behind some of the region’s most exciting confectionery creations. More than 26 chefs will take part in workshops and demonstrations, allowing visitors to watch professionals create desserts and share their techniques.

The Pastry Show will feature hands-on workshops led by leading pastry chefs, with sessions focused on creating innovative desserts. At Choco Demo, expert chefs will prepare decadent chocolate creations while sharing their knowledge with visitors.
Chocolate takes to the runway
One of the most distinctive highlights will be the Chocolate Fashion Show, held under the theme Wild and Wonderful Glamour. The showcase will feature 14 chocolate dresses created by ESMOD designers and leading pastry chefs.

Presented on a pink carpet, the show brings fashion and gastronomy together in an imaginative display of edible design. It adds a glamorous, theatrical element to the event while highlighting the versatility of chocolate as a creative medium.
Discover new trends and talent
The programme also moves beyond the tasting experience with daily Talks and networking sessions. Chefs and industry experts will discuss the latest developments across chocolate, pastry, gelato and the barista industry, giving visitors an insight into where these sectors are heading.
Competitions will spotlight professional talent across 16 categories, with chocolatiers and pastry professionals competing through artistic presentations and confectionery challenges. The programme gives established names and emerging talent a platform to demonstrate their creativity and technical skills.
Coffee gets its own moment
Coffee enthusiasts will have plenty to explore, too. The Coffee in Good Spirits competition combines coffee and spirits, challenging contestants to demonstrate both barista and mixology skills through creative drinks.
The CEZVE/IBRIK Championship celebrates the heritage of traditional coffee brewing, with competitors showcasing their precision and creativity using the historic brewing method.
For a more relaxed experience, the Brew Bar brings together speciality coffee, craft cocktails and coffee-infused spirits, creating a space where coffee culture meets mixology.
