Nazaara has arrived in DIFC with a modern take on Indian fine dining, combining a progressive menu with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline. Set on the 16th floor of Emirates Financial Towers, the new restaurant brings together contemporary Indian cuisine, creative cocktails and an elegant setting overlooking the Burj Khalifa.
Developed by ACT Restaurant Group, Nazaara is guided by Consulting Chef Pradeep Khullar, whose approach focuses on reinterpreting familiar Indian flavours through modern techniques. The result is a menu that keeps the character of Indian cuisine while giving classic ingredients and dishes a more contemporary presentation.
A Fresh Take on Indian Cuisine
The menu at Nazaara is built around the idea of seeing familiar flavours from a different perspective. Traditional Indian ingredients and techniques are paired with contrasting textures and progressive preparations, creating dishes that feel rooted in the country’s culinary heritage while taking a more modern direction.

Some of the standout dishes include dahi golgappe with potato crumble, tandoori cod tikka, baby lamb raan, prawn dum biryani and sumac khandvi. The selection moves between smoky, rich and lighter flavours, giving diners plenty of variety throughout the meal.
Dessert takes a similarly creative approach. The pistachio kunafa tiramisu, served with a rich filter coffee sauce, combines pistachio and kunafa with the familiar tiramisu format for an unconventional finish.
Cocktails That Complement the Menu
The drinks programme has been designed to work alongside the food rather than simply accompany it. Nazaara’s mixology offering draws inspiration from the restaurant’s use of spices and layered flavours, with cocktails created to complement the dishes.
This makes the drinks an important part of the overall experience, particularly for diners settling in for a longer evening meal.
Dining With Burj Khalifa Views
One of Nazaara’s biggest draws is its setting. Located high above DIFC, the restaurant offers unobstructed panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, creating a striking backdrop for both daytime dining and evening meals.

The combination of skyline views and contemporary Indian cuisine makes the restaurant particularly suited to special occasions, date nights and leisurely dinners. Window seats are expected to be popular around sunset and later in the evening, so reservations are recommended.
Meet the Chef Behind Nazaara
The culinary direction comes from Consulting Chef Pradeep Khullar, who brings experience from restaurants in India and Dubai to the new DIFC venue. His style focuses on modernising Indian cuisine without losing the flavours and traditions that define it.
At Nazaara, that philosophy comes through in dishes that balance familiar ingredients with contemporary techniques and presentation.
What to Know Before You Go
Nazaara is open daily from 12 pm to 11:30 pm, making it an option for both lunch and dinner in DIFC. The estimated cost is around AED 360 for two, excluding alcoholic beverages.
The restaurant is located on the 16th floor of Emirates Financial Towers in DIFC. Reservations are recommended, particularly for guests hoping to secure a window table around sunset.
With its modern interpretation of Indian cuisine, considered drinks menu and sweeping Burj Khalifa views, Nazaara adds another option to DIFC’s growing collection of destination restaurants.
