Mystic Mist is all set to become Downtown Dubai’s new 24-hour hangout when it opens in October 2026. Located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, the new destination will take over the former Fouquet’s Dubai site, bringing together dining, speciality coffee, entertainment and shisha across three floors and a rooftop terrace.
Created by Q Food & Beverage Group, the concept is designed to keep pace with Dubai, from early-morning coffee runs to late-night gatherings, with views of the Burj Khalifa enhancing the setting.
A new all-day destination in Downtown Dubai
Mystic Mist is planned as more than a restaurant or lounge. The venue will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with different spaces designed around different parts of the day.

The concept draws inspiration from Mystic Mist: The Rituals of HuqqA, a luxury coffee-table book created in collaboration with Assouline that explores the heritage and social rituals surrounding shisha culture.
Start the day at BreakMist
Mornings will begin at BreakMist, a bright and relaxed space focused on breakfast, speciality coffee and fresh bakery selections.
The setting is intended for everything from morning meetings to quiet daytime work sessions. As the day progresses, the atmosphere will gradually shift towards a more social evening experience.
Dinner and late nights at Mystic Mist
The main Mystic Mist space will take centre stage later in the day, combining contemporary cuisine with curated entertainment and premium shisha.
Shisha will be served on the climate-controlled outdoor terrace during afternoon, evening and late-night hours. With Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa providing the backdrop, the terrace is set to be one of the destination’s main draws after dark.
A family-friendly space
Families will have their own option at Mystic Mist Backyard, a completely smoke-free outdoor area with dedicated children’s facilities.
The separate space allows families to enjoy the destination while keeping the shisha experience within designated areas. It also gives the wider venue a more varied appeal, from daytime family visits to evening dining and late-night socialising.
What to know before it opens
Mystic Mist is scheduled to open in October 2026 on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai. The anticipated average spend is AED 250-400 for two, although final prices may vary.
A smart-casual dress code is expected, particularly during evening hours. Shisha will be available on the outdoor terrace, while the Backyard will remain smoke-free.
With its 24-hour format, multiple concepts and Burj Khalifa views, Mystic Mist is shaping up to be an all-day destination that fits neatly into Dubai’s always-on lifestyle.
