La Terrazza at Bvlgari Resort Dubai Is the Italian Summer Escape You’ll Want to Book

La Terrazza at Bvlgari Resort Dubai has returned for the season, bringing a taste of the Italian coast to Jumeirah Bay Island. Running until September 30, 2026, the limited-time experience transforms the resort’s Il Caffè into a relaxed waterfront destination inspired by L’Estate Italiana, or the Italian summer. With Roman-style pizzas, artisanal gelato and sweeping marina views, it’s an elegant spot for long lunches, sunset dinners or leisurely evenings by the water.

Designed as a seasonal pop-up, La Terrazza combines Italian flavours with the refined atmosphere that Bvlgari Resort Dubai is known for.

An Italian-inspired setting by the marina

The venue has been reimagined to capture the feeling of a Mediterranean summer house. Floral accents, terracotta tones, citrus-inspired details and lush greenery create a bright, welcoming setting, while a newly sheltered and air-conditioned terrace allows guests to enjoy views of the Bvlgari Marina in comfort throughout the warmer months.

Indoor seating is also available, and guests can enjoy shisha on the outdoor deck overlooking the waterfront.

Roman-style pizzas by Pier Daniele Seu

A highlight of the seasonal menu is the Pizza Bar by Pier Daniele Seu, the acclaimed chef behind Rome’s renowned Seu Pizza Illuminati.

Prepared at an open pizza counter, the menu showcases his signature dough, which is fermented for 30 hours to create a light, airy crust. Diners can choose from classic Roman-style favourites alongside seasonal creations that change monthly.

Classic options, including the Margherita DOP, start from around AED 130, while speciality pizzas such as the Diavola are priced at approximately AED 160. The experience also includes Seu’s signature Pizza Dolce, offering a sweet finish to the meal.

Authentic Italian gelato and relaxed summer evenings

Adding to the Italian experience is Il Gelato by Chef Niko Romito, the three Michelin-starred chef behind the resort’s Il Ristorante. The gelato cart serves seasonal flavours crafted with natural ingredients, celebrating regional Italian produce throughout the summer.

Guests can also settle in for an evening overlooking the marina, with curated entertainment and a relaxed atmosphere making La Terrazza an appealing destination beyond dinner.

Planning your visit

La Terrazza is located at Bvlgari Resort Dubai on Jumeirah Bay Island and is open daily from 6:30 am to 2 am until September 30, 2026.

Expect to spend approximately AED 150 to AED 450 per person, depending on your order. Reservations are recommended, particularly for evening dining and weekends, as the seasonal pop-up is expected to remain one of Dubai’s sought-after waterfront dining experiences throughout the summer.
