The dates for HYROX Dubai have officially been confirmed for later in 2026. The two-day fitness event is set to take place on Friday, 27 November and Saturday, 28 November.
While the venue and ticket details are yet to be announced, those interested in taking part can register their interest to receive updates when more information is released.
HYROX Dubai will follow HYROX Abu Dhabi, which is scheduled to take place from Friday, 23 October to Sunday, 25 October. The first day will be dedicated to women, followed by two days of mixed HYROX racing. Tickets and further event details for Abu Dhabi are also available through the official registration page.
Known as ‘The World Series of Fitness Racing’, HYROX is an indoor fitness competition that combines running with functional exercises. Since launching in Hamburg in 2017, the format has expanded internationally. Events follow the same race structure across different cities and Dubai is no exception.

Each race consists of eight 1-km runs, alternating with eight functional workout stations. Participants complete the stations in the same order at every event: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls.
The standardised format means athletes can compare their results on a global leaderboard, regardless of where they compete.
With Open and Pro divisions available, the event caters to participants of different experience levels, making it accessible to both experienced competitors and those taking on HYROX for the first time. Dubai also offers quite a few HYROX gyms to help athletes train properly.
