The Dubai weather forecast suggests residents should keep their summer routines firmly indoors this week, with hot temperatures, rising humidity and even the possibility of rain in some parts of the UAE.
While much of Dubai can expect largely fair skies, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) says humidity levels are set to rise overnight and into the early mornings, creating muggy conditions across coastal areas. Elsewhere in the country, cloud build-up could bring isolated showers later in the week.
If your morning coffee run has felt a little stickier lately, that trend is set to continue.
Dubai Is in for Hot Days and Humid Nights
Summer is well and truly settling in across the emirate. Daytime temperatures in Dubai are expected to remain between 37°C and 43°C throughout the week, while inland areas of the UAE could see the mercury soar to a scorching 49°C.
The bigger story for many residents, however, may be the humidity. Overnight moisture levels are expected to increase, particularly along coastal areas, making early mornings feel warmer than the thermometer suggests.

The NCM has also warned of possible fog or mist formation in some locations during the early hours. Drivers heading out for work or school runs may want to allow extra travel time if visibility is reduced.
With outdoor temperatures remaining high, this is the kind of week that makes Dubai’s indoor attractions, air-conditioned walks and late-evening outings especially appealing.
Rain Could Make a Surprise Appearance Later This Week
While Dubai is not currently expected to see significant rainfall, weather conditions across the UAE may become more interesting as the week progresses.
Forecasters are predicting periods of cloud development over eastern regions from Tuesday onwards. These afternoon clouds could become convective, creating the chance of localised rainfall in some parts of the country.
Temperatures are also expected to ease slightly from Thursday, particularly in western areas of the UAE. At the same time, stronger winds may pick up, occasionally stirring dust and affecting visibility in exposed areas. For Dubai residents, the week ahead is likely to be defined by a familiar summer combination of sunshine, humidity and soaring temperatures. Whether you’re planning beach visits, evening walks or indoor adventures, it’s worth keeping an eye on the forecast and staying hydrated as the hottest part of the season continues
