The Dubai T100 Triathlon 2026 is set to return from Thursday, November 12, to Sunday, November 15, bringing four days of racing, community events, and sporting action to the city. Part of the T100 Triathlon World Tour, the event welcomes both elite professionals and amateur athletes, making it one of Dubai’s biggest annual endurance sports festivals.
Whether you are an experienced triathlete aiming for a new personal best or someone looking to take on your first multi-sport challenge, the event offers race categories for different fitness levels. Registration is now open for participants who want to compete across some of Dubai’s most recognisable locations.
Race details, course, and distances
The event begins with a beach swim at Jumeirah 3 Beach, where participants will complete a two-lap swim in the Arabian Gulf. Athletes will then move on to the cycling section, which follows an undulating course towards the Meydan Racecourse area. The race finishes with a flat run that offers views of Dubai’s iconic skyline.
Participants can choose from three race distances depending on their experience and goals:
- T100 (100km): 2km swim, 80km bike ride, and 18km run
- Olympic Distance: 1.5km swim, 40km bike ride, and 10km run
- Sprint Distance: 750m swim, 20km bike ride, and 5km run
The professional competition will also feature a boosted USD 275,000 prize purse, attracting some of the world’s leading triathletes to compete in Dubai.
What spectators can expect
You do not have to be racing to enjoy the event. Entry to the Event Village at Meydan Racecourse is free, making it easy for friends, families, and sports fans to experience the atmosphere throughout the weekend.
The village will feature a selection of food trucks, local pop-up vendors, and a dedicated entertainment area for children, creating a festival-like setting alongside the races.
