Cipriani Lido Dubai is set to open at J1 Beach in 2027, introducing the first Cipriani Lido in the UAE and expanding the renowned Italian hospitality brand’s presence in the city.
The upcoming beach club will be developed in partnership with Fundamental Hospitality and will bring Cipriani’s signature Venetian style to one of Dubai’s most popular beachfront destinations. The announcement also comes as Cipriani DIFC marks 10 years in Dubai, making the new project a significant milestone for the brand in the region.
Named after the Italian word for “beach,” the new venue will add a coastal dimension to the Cipriani experience, combining dining, leisure, and hospitality in a waterfront setting overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
What to Expect at Cipriani Lido Dubai
The new beach club will feature a signature restaurant, a dedicated Bellini Bar and Lounge, private dining rooms, and a scenic terrace offering sea views. It will also include a Living Room concept inspired by Socialista, creating additional spaces for socialising and relaxation.
Guests can expect private beach access, luxury sunbeds, and branded cabanas, allowing visitors to spend the day by the water while enjoying the service and atmosphere that Cipriani is known for.
Food will remain at the heart of the experience. The menu is expected to feature many of the brand’s well-known Italian dishes, prepared with a focus on quality ingredients and simple flavours. An artisanal cake-and-gelato display will also be part of the offering.

The opening represents the next step in Cipriani’s growth in the UAE. Giuseppe Cipriani, Chief Executive Officer of Cipriani, said Dubai has played an important role in the brand’s success over the years and described the new beach club as a fresh expression of the Cipriani lifestyle on the city’s coastline.
The project also reflects the continued evolution of J1 Beach, which has become a major dining and lifestyle destination in Dubai.
Founded in Venice in 1931 with the opening of the famous Harry’s Bar, Cipriani has grown into an international hospitality group with restaurants, hotels, residences, event spaces, and private clubs across several global cities.
When it opens in 2027, Cipriani Lido Dubai will bring together the brand’s heritage, Italian hospitality, and beachfront lifestyle in a destination designed for dining, relaxation, and social experiences by the sea.
