Chelsea Residences by DAMAC has entered its final phase with the launch of the sixth and last tower at Dubai Maritime City. After the first five towers sold out, this latest release gives buyers one final opportunity to purchase directly from the developer in what is described as the world’s first football-branded residential development, created in partnership with Chelsea Football Club.
Positioned along Dubai’s waterfront, the development combines premium homes with a lifestyle inspired by sport, wellness, and resort-style living. The project has drawn attention from both investors and homebuyers looking for branded residences in one of the city’s growing coastal districts.
What buyers can expect from the final tower?
The newly released Tower C offers a collection of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, with homes starting from AED 2.56 million. Residences begin at 827 square feet, and every apartment is designed to enjoy uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.
The launch also includes several incentives for buyers. DAMAC is offering a 100% waiver of the 4% Dubai Land Department fee, while eligible buyers can also qualify for a 10-year UAE Golden Visa.
For those planning their purchase, the final tower comes with a 60/40 payment plan, with 60% payable during construction and the remaining 40% due on completion. The expected handover for the final tower is June 2030, while the earlier phases, including Towers A and B, are scheduled for completion in December 2029.
