Blue Tokai Dubai Brings India’s Popular Speciality Coffee Experience to BurJuman Mall

Blue Tokai Dubai has officially arrived, giving coffee lovers a new café to add to their list. The popular Indian speciality coffee brand has opened its first UAE location at BurJuman Mall, marking its entry into the GCC through a partnership with Ambrosia Gulf.

While the name may be new to many in the UAE, Blue Tokai has become one of India’s most recognised speciality coffee brands. Since launching in India, it has grown to more than 250 cafés and built a loyal following by sourcing coffee directly from Indian estates and focusing on freshly roasted beans. Now, Dubai residents can experience the brand’s signature farm-to-cup approach without leaving the city.

A closer look at the coffee and the menu

Located on Level 1 of BurJuman Mall, the café serves a range of 100% premium Arabica coffees sourced from single-estate farms across India. Guests can choose from signature house blends, seasonal roasts and single-origin coffees, each highlighting the distinct flavours of India’s coffee-growing regions.

One of the standout features is the experience bar, where visitors can explore manual brewing methods such as the V60. Trying the same coffee prepared using different brewing techniques offers a simple way to discover how flavour, aroma and body can change from one cup to another.

The menu goes beyond coffee, with an all-day selection of sandwiches, salads and freshly baked pastries. Those looking for something sweeter can also order Spanish lattes and other café favourites. Keeping with the brand’s approachable style, every item on the menu is priced below AED 30, while pastries start from AED 9.

A new café for work, catch-ups and coffee breaks

The BurJuman Mall café has been designed as a spacious and welcoming destination that reflects Blue Tokai’s Indian roots while offering a comfortable place to work, meet friends or simply enjoy a quiet coffee break.

Its arrival adds another option to Dubai’s growing speciality coffee scene, particularly for those interested in exploring beans and brewing styles that are less commonly found in the city. Whether you’re an experienced coffee enthusiast or simply looking to try something different, the café offers an accessible introduction to Indian speciality coffee. Blue Tokai has also confirmed that this won’t be its only address in the UAE. A second location is already in development as part of the brand’s wider regional expansion, meaning more coffee lovers across the Emirates can expect to experience its signature brews in the near future.
