Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, has launched the Win Your Home in Dubai campaign in collaboration with Dubai Chambers, introducing a citywide initiative that allows residents and visitors to win homes through everyday shopping.
The campaign is designed to go beyond traditional retail promotions, positioning Dubai as a place where people can build a future, invest in opportunities, and feel a stronger sense of belonging while engaging with the city’s retail sector.
How the campaign works
Win Your Home in Dubai will run for 12 weeks, from 22 May to 30 August 2026. Residents and visitors aged 18 and above can take part by spending AED 500 or more at over 3,500 participating retail outlets across more than 1,000 brands in Dubai.
To enter, shoppers need to scan a QR code at participating locations and upload their receipts. Every eligible spend of AED 500 or more earns additional entries, giving participants more chances to win as they continue shopping throughout the campaign period. Early participation also means entries remain valid across all weekly draws.
Prizes and weekly draws
The campaign features 12 residential units provided by exclusive real estate partner Binghatti Developers. These include 11 studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment.
Each week, one studio apartment will be awarded to a winner, while the final week will feature the two-bedroom apartment as the grand prize. The structure ensures ongoing participation across the full 12-week period.

With thousands of participating outlets, the campaign highlights Dubai’s position as a global destination for shopping, investment, and lifestyle opportunities, while turning everyday spending into a chance to win a home.
