Eid Al Adha in Dubai this year has the city prepare a wide range of family-focused public celebrations across parks, beaches, and major attractions during the holiday period.
Dubai Municipality has announced that several popular beach areas, including Jumeirah 1, Jumeirah 2 and its night beach, Jumeirah 3, Umm Suqeim 1 and its night beach, Umm Suqeim 2, and Khor Al Mamzar Beach, will operate as family-only zones during Eid. The aim is to create a more relaxed and comfortable environment along Dubai’s coastline during the festive days.
Free ice cream and park activities
As part of the “Eid Gifts” initiative, selected parks across Dubai will distribute free ice cream on the first and second days of Eid, between 4 pm and 7 pm. Locations include Al Barsha Pond Park, Mushrif Park, Zabeel Park, Creek Park, Al Safa Park, and several community parks.

Dubai Frame will also host live musical performances during the same hours, adding entertainment alongside city views.
Entertainment across the city
Festivities will continue beyond the beaches and parks. Hatta Market will feature performances by the Al Harbiya band on the second day of Eid from 4 pm to 10 pm, showcasing traditional music.
Children’s City will run family-focused programmes over the first three days of Eid from 9 am to 8 pm, including workshops, stage shows, character appearances, and interactive activities.
Extended park timings
Dubai Municipality has confirmed extended operating hours across major parks during the holiday. Quranic Park, Zabeel Park, Al Mamzar Park, Al Safa Park, Creek Park, and Mushrif National Park will remain open from 8 am until midnight, while Dubai Frame will operate from 8 am to 9 pm throughout Eid.
