DSS 12 Hour Sale is officially kicking off Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2026 with one of the biggest shopping events of the season. Taking place on Thursday, July 2, shoppers can enjoy discounts of up to 90% at participating stores from 10 am to 10 pm, making it the perfect opportunity to shop for fashion, electronics, beauty, homeware, and more.
The one-day sale marks the start of the 60-day Dubai Summer Surprises festival, which runs until August 30, 2026. Alongside citywide retail promotions, this year’s festival includes concerts, dining offers, family attractions, and prize draws worth millions of dirhams.
Shop, save and enter exciting prize draws
The DSS 12 Hour Sale comes with more than just discounts. Shoppers who spend AED 300 or more using the SHARE app at participating Majid Al Futtaim malls could become one of four 12 Hour SHARE Millionaires, each winning 1 million SHARE points worth AED 100,000.
The savings continue throughout the festival with the Great Dubai Summer Sale, where more than 1,000 brands will offer discounts ranging from 25% to 80%, alongside flash sales reaching up to 90%.

Another major highlight is the Win a Home in Dubai raffle. By spending AED 500 or more in a single transaction at participating malls and uploading the receipt through the campaign portal, shoppers can enter weekly draws to win one of 11 studio apartments, while a two-bedroom apartment will be awarded during the grand finale on August 30.
Additional promotions include chances to win luxury vehicles at selected malls, Emirates Skywards Miles through participating partners, and exclusive mall rewards throughout the summer.
Concerts, dining deals and family fun across Dubai
Dubai Summer Surprises also brings a packed entertainment calendar. Free opening weekend concerts will take place at City Centre Mirdif and Dubai Hills Mall, while Beat the Heat DXB returns to Dubai World Trade Centre from July 11 to August 8 with live performances from regional artists.
Families can visit Modesh World, the popular indoor attraction at Dubai World Trade Centre, or enjoy themed experiences such as the LEGO FIFA activation at City Walk, Madagascar’s Circus in Motion at Dubai Festival City Mall, and the Minions and Monsters fun run at Mall of the Emirates.
Food lovers can look forward to Summer Restaurant Week from July 13 to August 2, featuring two-course lunches for AED 80 and three-course dinners for AED 120 at more than 55 restaurants. Throughout August, participating eateries will also serve selected signature dishes for just AED 10, giving residents and visitors another reason to make the most of this year’s Dubai Summer Surprises.
