Dubai Sports World 2026 is giving residents one final chance to stay active indoors before its summer season wraps up on August 25. Returning to Dubai World Trade Centre, the annual indoor sports destination has transformed Za’abeel Halls 2–6 into a 282,000-square-foot air-conditioned hub filled with sports courts, fitness facilities and family-friendly activities.
A Summer Escape For Sports Lovers
Designed as a break from Dubai’s peak summer temperatures, Dubai Sports World brings multiple sports together under one roof. Visitors can book facilities for football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, padel and pickleball, making it easy to organise everything from casual matches with friends to more competitive games.
Court bookings are paid separately, while entry to the venue remains free. Prices vary depending on the sport and time of day, with off-peak weekday slots offering lower rates. Badminton starts from AED 50 per hour, while football and tennis facilities are also available for hourly bookings.
Stay Active Without Heading Outdoors
For those who prefer individual workouts, the venue offers free fitness facilities away from the summer heat. A fully equipped indoor gym features Matrix cardio and strength equipment, while the 1km indoor walking and jogging track provides a comfortable space for cardio sessions.
Both facilities are open daily from 7 am until midnight, giving visitors flexibility to fit in a workout before or after work.
A Family-Friendly Indoor Day Out
Dubai Sports World is not only designed for athletes. Families can spend the day at Dubai Kids World, a supervised soft-play area featuring trampolines, giant inflatable slides and creative activities.
Children and teenagers can also join sports academies and summer camps offering coaching in football, basketball, badminton, tennis, volleyball, cricket and cycling. Programmes are available for different age groups, including children between 3 and 17 years old.

Alongside regular activities, Dubai Sports World hosts seasonal events and competitions throughout its run. The final weeks include the Summer League on August 8, where corporate teams compete across football, cricket, volleyball, basketball and badminton.
