Bespoke Sneaker Fair is bringing a fresh take on footwear, fashion and personal style to Dubai this summer. Taking place from Friday, July 24 to Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Design Dome in City Walk, the free three-day event will showcase sneakers transformed into unique pieces of wearable art.
Created for sneaker lovers, fashion enthusiasts and anyone who enjoys personalised design, the fair will feature a curated collection of hand-painted sneakers by UAE-based artist and costume designer Diviya Tilani. Visitors can explore ready-made designs or bring their own favourite pair of shoes to be customised into something completely one-of-a-kind.
Where Sneakers Meet Art and Personal Expression
The event highlights how sneakers have evolved beyond everyday footwear into a form of self-expression. Diviya Tilani’s designs combine contemporary artwork with cultural influences, including elements inspired by the UAE and selected themes from Central Asia.
This collection features detailed craftsmanship, with some designs incorporating handcrafted touches such as weaving, lace details, sequins, decorative threads and rope work. Each pair is created with its own personality, turning a familiar fashion item into a statement piece.
Visitors can browse finished designs available at the fair, with ready-to-wear customised sneakers priced between AED 650 and AED 1,350, depending on the artwork and level of detail. For those looking for something more personal, custom sneaker artwork will also be available, starting from AED 200.
Customise Your Own Pair at City Walk
One of the highlights of the fair is the opportunity to bring your own sneakers and have them personalised on-site. Depending on the complexity of the chosen design, some pairs may be completed during the event, while more detailed creations will be ready for collection within five days.
The customisation experience allows visitors to work with the artist to create a design that reflects their own style, interests or personal story. Some of the featured artworks take inspiration from Dubai’s lifestyle and culture, including desert landscapes, camel motifs and creative concepts linked to popular local destinations.
The Bespoke Sneaker Fair will run on Friday from 7 PM to 10 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 8 PM. Entry is free for all visitors, making it an easy addition to a weekend plan at City Walk.
