Explorers at City Centre Mirdif is now open, offering families a new indoor destination where children can play, learn, and build new skills in a safe environment. Designed for curious young minds, the venue combines imaginative play areas with hands-on workshops that encourage creativity, confidence, and problem-solving. Parents can also take a break at the on-site Explorers Café while children enjoy the activities.
Whether you’re looking for a weekend outing or a way to keep the little ones entertained during the summer, Explorers brings together physical play, creative learning, and interactive experiences under one roof.
Adventure play zones designed for every age
The indoor destination features three dedicated play zones, each created with a different age group and learning style in mind.
Wildwood Treetops is the largest play area, featuring a multi-level soft-play structure with more than 20 interactive elements. Children can climb through tunnels, explore suspended net walkways, navigate pods, and race down giant spiral slides, all while developing coordination and confidence through active play.

River Play introduces children to STEM concepts through interactive water activities. Young visitors can experiment with flowing water, observe cause-and-effect, and enjoy sensory experiences that make science engaging and easy to understand.
For younger children, Little Acorns provides a quieter, toddler-friendly space. The area has been designed to support early childhood development through age-appropriate sensory and play experiences in a calm and secure setting.
Workshops, café, and everything you need to know before visiting
Beyond the play areas, Explorers offers a schedule of instructor-led workshops that encourage children to try new activities. At Mamalu Kitchen, kids can prepare dishes such as pizza, pasta, ramen, and baked treats. StuDIYo Lab introduces basic woodworking through safe DIY craft projects, while Picasso Artists hosts art, pottery painting, and pouring art sessions. The Confidence Lab focuses on public speaking and creative storytelling through interactive activities.
General admission starts from AED 79. Families can also choose a Day Pass for AED 149, which includes unlimited access to all three play zones, an arts-and-crafts workshop, and one additional workshop.
The Ultimate Pass, priced at AED 275, adds lunch, snacks, and access to all six workshops. Both packages include free entry for one accompanying adult and a complimentary hot beverage.
