Dhs1 Book Sale Dubai is offering residents an affordable way to spend the upcoming Islamic New Year long weekend, with Bookends set to sell 1,000 pre-loved books from just Dhs1. The three-day sale will take place from 13 to 15 June at Dubai Digital Park in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Visitors can browse a wide range of titles, including fiction, biographies, children’s books, cookbooks, and literary classics. The event will run daily from 10 am to 9 pm.
What visitors can expect
Bookends will offer 1,000 books priced at just Dhs1, alongside hundreds of additional titles available for Dhs2 and Dhs5. The selection covers various genres and age groups, making it suitable for families, casual readers, and avid book lovers alike.
As all books are pre-loved, the sale also promotes more sustainable reading habits by giving books a second life.
Supporting a reading initiative
The event supports Bookends’ recently launched One Million Books Challenge, a five-year initiative encouraging readers across the UAE to collectively read and log one million books.
