Tabby Cash Is Here: UAE Residents Can Now Get Cashback and Fee-Free Everyday Spending

Tabby Cash has officially launched in the UAE, marking the next step for the fintech company best known for its buy now, pay later service. The new spending account is designed for everyday use, offering cashback, free local transfers, and no account or card fees. It also signals Tabby’s move into broader money management, giving users more ways to manage their finances from a single platform.

The account is built on Tabby’s Stored Value Facilities (SVF) licence from the Central Bank of the UAE. More than 150,000 people are already using Tabby Cash, with a wider rollout across the UAE set to take place over the coming weeks.

Cashback, free transfers and no account fees

Tabby Cash is free to open and comes with no account maintenance or card fees. Users also receive a payment card that earns cashback on eligible spending.

Customers with Tabby Plus can earn 3% cashback on selected categories and international purchases, while those without the subscription receive 1% cashback. As a launch offer, all users will earn 3% cashback until 1 November 2026.

The account also includes unlimited free local transfers, with international transfers expected to be introduced soon.

A bigger step beyond buy now, pay later

With the launch of Tabby Cash, the company is expanding beyond flexible payments into everyday banking services. Alongside the new account, Tabby has also introduced a refreshed brand identity that reflects its broader vision for personal finance.

According to Tabby, the aim is to make managing money simpler and more rewarding, while giving customers greater flexibility in how they spend and transfer funds. The spending account will be available to UAE residents aged 18 and above. Those who do not yet have access can join the waitlist ahead of the full rollout. Tabby currently serves more than 25 million users across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and partners with over 65,000 retailers, including Amazon, SHEIN, Adidas, IKEA, Samsung and noon.
