The UAE also dominated the list, with Abu Dhabi ranking second, Ras Al Khaimah third, Sharjah fourth, and Dubai securing sixth place, highlighting the country’s continued focus on safety and quality of life.
Ajman achieved an impressive Safety Index score of 88, reflecting residents’ strong sense of security and the emirate’s low crime levels. The rankings are based on perception surveys that measure concerns around crime, theft, vandalism, physical safety, and how safe people feel walking alone during the day and at night.
Why is Ajman ranked first globally?
According to Ajman Police, the achievement is the result of years of investment in smart policing and community-focused security initiatives.
